1: The sandblasting pipe is blocked. The sandblasting pipe is particularly easy to be blocked by foreign objects due to its special structure. When this problem occurs, first turn off the automatic sandblasting machine to stop it from working, then remove the sandblasting gun, then turn on the automatic sandblasting machine to start working, and use the high-pressure gas generated by the air compressor to discharge the foreign matter. If it cannot be solved, it is necessary to reconsider whether the sandblasting pipe is blocked, or replace the sandblasting pipe.
2: The sand adjusting valve is blocked. The uneven size of the unscreened abrasive will cause the sand valve to be blocked. First, turn off the power of the automatic sandblasting machine, open all the sand control valves, turn on the sandblasting gun after the pressure tank is flushed, and use high-pressure air to force the blockage out. If the problem still exists, the valve needs to be disassembled.
3: When there is little or no sand production, if you encounter such a problem, first consider whether the abrasive in the sand storage bucket has been used up.
For safe operation, turn off the automatic sandblasting machine first, and then add the abrasive to the sand storage bucket. If the problem has not been solved, you need to find the cause of the problem again.
4: The sandblasting gun is blocked In addition to the sandblasting tube being easily blocked by abrasives, the sandblasting gun is also easy to be blocked. We first turn off the power of the sandblasting gun, remove the nozzle, observe whether there is any foreign matter blocking the muzzle, clean it up and use it again. Abrasives need to be kept dry, and too wet abrasives can clog parts, so the compressed air must be kept dry.
5: Compressed air produces moisture The air compressor is an indispensable equipment with the sandblasting gun. When the air compressor compresses the air, it will generate moisture to make the abrasive wet and condense, and then adhere to the sandblasting pipe wall, causing no leakage. Sand and other phenomena should be equipped with a dryer, which is helpful for the normal operation of the automatic sandblasting machine.
