Advantages Of Automatic Spray Gun
Consistency
Automated spray parameters and positioning remove human variability from the process. They provide consistent and repeatable results, regardless of the operator. This is important for ensuring high-quality finishes, especially in long production lines.
01
Speed
Robotic spray systems with automatic guns maximize production speed and throughput. They can apply coatings much faster than manual spray guns. This can lead to significant productivity gains.
02
Precision
Since robots can be programmed to do the same task over and over again, automatic spray guns will do exactly what you have defined them to do. They can precisely control the amount of coating that is applied.
03
Efficiency
Automatic spray guns use less material than manual spray guns. They minimize paint waste by optimizing application paths, flow rates and overspray, which can save money on coating costs. Also, they do not take time off, which allows production to run without interruptions.
04
Safety
Finally, automatic spray guns can reduce operator exposure to hazardous coatings. This is especially important when the coating applied is epoxies or adhesives.

Application of Automatic Spray Gun

Automotive painting
Automatic spray guns are used to paint cars, trucks, and other vehicles.

Industrial painting
Automatic spray guns are used to paint a variety of industrial products, such as appliances, furniture, and machinery.

Wood finishing
Automatic spray guns are used to finish wood products, such as cabinets, furniture, and flooring.

Marine painting
Automatic spray guns are used to paint boats, ships, and other marine vessels.
Components of Automatic Spray Gun
Nozzle: Determines the spray pattern (e.g., round, fan, or cone-shaped).
Needle: Controls the flow of paint through the nozzle.
Air Cap: Combines air and paint for atomization.
Control Valves: Regulate air and material flow.
Mounting Brackets: Attach the spray gun to automated systems like robotic arms.
Operation Methods of Automatic Spray Gun
CLY: Controlling the gun switch is to control the opening and closing of the pin.
CAP: Control center atomization (circular atomization).
FAN: Controlling the corner atomization is what we often call fan-shaped atomization control.
The conventional spraying is of course that all three air pipes are connected to the air intake, and the fan-shaped area can be freely adjusted, that is, the width of the spraying. product.
When we encounter small objects or circular atomization spraying lines, we should turn off the atomization pressure of the FAN corners, so that the sprayed effect is a circular atomization effect. Good flow and air pressure can produce good effects as well.
Precautions for use of Automatic Spray Gun
Read the instructions carefully before using the spray gun
This will help you to understand how to operate the spray gun safely and effectively.
Test the spray gun on a scrap piece of material before using it on the actual surface
This will help you to get the desired finish.
Hold the spray gun perpendicular to the surface
This will help to ensure even coverage.
Wear Appropriate Safety Gear
This includes a respirator, gloves, and eye protection.
Move the spray gun at a consistent speed
This will help to prevent runs and drips.
Clean the spray gun after each use
This will help to prevent the paint from drying inside the gun and clogging it.
