An automatic spray gun is a device that uses liquid or compressed air to quickly release as power, and is mainly used for spraying various paints. Today, we want to share with you the operation skills of automatic spray gun.
1. Clean compressed air
You can use the air purification system to achieve clean air. Due to the reduced pressure in the air hose and regulator, the air inlet pressure of the automatic gun must be detected and adjusted.
2. Plenty of air
A compressor with sufficient gas production and a gas storage tank with a suitable capacity. The diameter of the compressed air pipe is the key to obtaining sufficient compressed air volume. In particular, compressed air hoses should have an inner diameter of at least 8 mm to avoid too much pressure drop. Antistatic, thinner, high temperature, abrasion and pressure resistant paint spray hoses should be used.
3. How to adjust the spray pressure
(1) Rotate the spraying air pressure adjustment knob clockwise to reduce the spraying air pressure to obtain the maximum atomization effect.
(2) Rotate the spraying air pressure adjustment knob counterclockwise to increase the spraying air pressure to obtain the smallest atomization effect.
4. How to adjust the paint flow
(1) Rotate the paint flow adjustment knob counterclockwise to increase the needle stroke, thereby increasing the paint flow.
(2) Rotate the paint flow adjustment knob clockwise to reduce the needle stroke, thereby reducing the paint flow.
5. How to adjust the spray width (fan)
(1) Rotate the spray width adjustment knob counterclockwise to increase the spray width.
(2) Rotate the spray width adjustment knob clockwise to reduce the spray width.
