Using Method of Pressure Tank
Pneumatic pressure pot using method and steps:
1. Before using it, please ensure that all parts of the paint tank are in good condition, and the valves and buttons are closed;
2. Unscrew the wing nut to open the paint tank cover, pour an appropriate amount of paint into the paint tank according to the size of the work, and adjust the paint to the required viscosity, (note that the poured paint should not exceed the paint 3/4 of the internal capacity of the tank for easy operation) cover the tank cover, re-install the gasket and wing nut into the four fixing seats on the paint cover, and tighten them symmetrically on both sides;
3. Connect the compressed air source filtered by the oil-water separator at the air inlet, and adjust the knob of the pressure regulator to make the air pressure in the tank reach the working pressure of 20~30psi (do not exceed 80psi);
4. The knob switch valve is twisted to open the air path of the self-priming pump, so that the self-priming pump works to stir the paint in the tank;
5. Connect the spraying equipment to the paint interface with pipelines, open the valve, and carry out the spraying work;
6. If the paint in the can is used up, cut off the air source, unscrew the vent switch on the can lid, release the compressed air in the can, unscrew the wing nut and open the paint can lid, mix the paint again, follow step 2 -4 to operate.
THE MAINTENANCE AND WARNING BY USING PAINTING TANK
Maintenance:
After using the paint tank, cut off the air source, unscrew the air release switch on the tank cover, release the compressed air in the tank, unscrew the wing nut and open the paint tank cover, pour out the remaining paint in the tank, and put the Excessive dilute solvent is added into the paint tank for spraying to clean the paint track until the paint track is cleaned, otherwise the residual paint left in the paint track in the gun will dry up and block, and damage the equipment. After cleaning, cut off the air source, unscrew the air release switch on the tank cover, drain the compressed air in the tank, unscrew the wing nut and open the paint tank cover, pour out the residual solution in the tank, reinstall the tank cover and tighten it, Close valve switch, button. that the work is completed;
Warning:
The pressure is not allowed to be too large, and the maximum operating pressure must not exceed 5Bar.
The safety valve on the barrel is a device used to ensure that the pressure barrel is free from overpressure. It has been set within the allowable pressure range before leaving the factory. Do not adjust it arbitrarily under normal use.
Do not put any dangerous actions such as drilling, welding, etc. on the barrel, as it may cause a tempering effect, which may damage the barrel and reduce its life.
