5.HOW TO CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE

1. The washing and dismantling process of mini low pressure automatic gun :

Step 1: Remove the back cover

Step 2: Remove the Spring

Step 3: Remove the Needle with Needle-Nose Pliers

Step 4: Remove the gun cap

Step 5: Remove the muzzle with a wrench

Step 6: Clean the parts with gun wash water

2. After cleaning, the spray gun follows the process:

Step 1: Nozzle on wrench

Step 2: Install the Needle with Needle-Nose Pliers

Step 3: Install the Spring

Step 4: Install the Back Cover

Step 5: Install the cap

Step 6: Carefully check whether the gun parts are in place

3. Normal working air pressure: low-pressure automatic spray guns generally use air pressure between 2-4kg; excessive air pressure will cause damage to the spray gun or shorten its service life

4. Precautions: under normal use of automatic spray guns, there will be no problems, and it is strictly forbidden to disassemble the gun casually; under normal working conditions, as long as the work is generally over, the spray gun is cleaned immediately with cleaning water through the pump, and liquid sprayed out until clean
