(High Volume Low Pressure) HVLP spray gun is a new type of spray gun with large flow and low pressure. The main features of this spray gun are as follows:
High paint rate, saving paint and less pollution. The paint rate of HVLP spraying is 2~3 times that of ordinary air spraying.The paint rate of ordinary air spray gun is 30%, and 0.7L of paint is wasted per liter of paint due to flying paint, while the paint rate of HVLP is 60%, and less than 0.4L of paint is wasted per liter of paint, thus reducing the cost of paint , reduce pollution, improve the environment of the workplace, and improve product quality.
The fan surface is uniform, and it is very easy to obtain a mirror-like effect when constructing a surface with high decorative requirements, such as a luxury car. Especially suitable for spraying metallic glitter paint, the glitter effect is obvious and uniform, and the side view effect is good. The compressed air pressure is low, generally the air pressure measured at the nozzle should not exceed 0.7MPa. With rotary air cap, each gun can be equipped with different air caps, nozzles and thimbles to suit the requirements of different occasions. Due to the high paint-up rates of HVLP systems, smaller bore paint nozzles are often used. HVLP spray guns can be equipped with various air sources, which can be centrally supplied to multiple spray guns or independently supplied to a single spray gun.
